What never leaves the user’s computer
Oncut runs 100% locally, on the user’s computer. Neither audio nor video of the footage is sent to Oncut or to any third party: the analysis happens on the machine, offline.
Data collected
Browsing the site
The site is a showcase: it has no account, no form and no payment. It sets no tracking cookie and uses no audience-measurement tool. Like any website, it receives each visitor’s IP address and the technical data of the request (page requested, date, browser), processed by the host and by the delivery network to serve the page and protect the site.
Messages sent by email
When the user writes to [email protected], AGENCELY uses their email address and message to reply, and only for that. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies, no audience-measurement tool and no font or resource loaded from a third-party service.
Recipients and processors
- o2switch (Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France): site hosting, which may keep technical connection logs.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, États-Unis): delivery and protection network for the site. Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses. Its transfers of data outside the European Union rely on the standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework provided for in its data-processing contract.
Retention
Technical connection logs are kept by the host for the period set by regulation, one year. An email sent to AGENCELY is kept for as long as needed to handle the request.
User rights
The user has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of their data. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. The user can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
