How does it work?
Three steps, without leaving Premiere Pro. Click a step to jump to it in the video.
Silent, looping demo of the interface. In Premiere Pro, the Window › UXP Plugins menu opens the Oncut panel on the Interview_A7 sequence (1:01:02). Clicking “Dérusher” (rough-cut) starts the analysis: the “on” switch fills up like a progress bar, step by step. The Très vif (Very snappy) pace is picked: 1,069 cuts, and the sequence goes from 1:01:02 to 30:53. After “Appliquer · nouvelle séquence” (apply as a new sequence), “Interview_A7 — Oncut” appears in the project and in the timeline, next to the original. The panel’s labels are in French for now.

2-frame audio fade
Placed on every cut at constant power, so the join is barely audible.
Original sequence untouched
Oncut makes a new sequence next to yours. Nothing in your edit is changed.
Everything stays on your machine
The analysis runs on your computer, offline: your footage is never uploaded.
How much does Oncut cost?
Dead air and repeated words in the same subscription, no tiers, no add-ons.

Speech in French for now. Oncut runs on Mac and Windows.
Download the Oncut installer, for Mac or for Windows, and run it: it sets up everything Oncut needs, with nothing to configure. Then open Premiere Pro: the panel is under Window › UXP Plugins › Oncut.
Premiere Pro today. Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve are on the way: they stay marked “soon” until they ship. One subscription covers all three. Oncut runs on Mac and Windows.
Rough-cut before adding music: Oncut cuts all tracks together, so music already in place would be cut too. Add it afterwards on the “— Oncut” sequence.
When it opens, the trial will last 14 days with no credit card: your email will be enough. To keep going, you will just add your card; otherwise nothing is charged. After that it will be €9.90 a month or €79 a year (4 months free), VAT included.
Yes: when it opens, the 14-day trial will need no credit card. You will add one only if you keep going after the trial; without a card, nothing is charged.
On every cut, the sound of the outgoing shot fades out while the next one fades in, over 2 frames, at constant power: no dip in volume, no click or “pop” at the join.
Yes. Every cut is an ordinary edit in the “— Oncut” sequence: extend a shot with the usual Premiere tools, the media is complete. And your original sequence is still there, untouched.
